Two light spacious self-contained apartments for retreat periods of quiet reflection (self-catering)

Individual Meditation Retreats – programmes to be submitted to the Spiritual Director for approval. If you wish to take some quality time without engaging in a formal retreat that is acceptable providing you accept the rules of the house and maintain mindfulness Please turn off your mobile phone and give the Centre’s number for emergencies.

All heating, lighting, linen is provided and the use of our facilities, an appointment can be arranged for discussion with our Spiritual Director, regarding spiritual matters.
