Generosity, ethical discipline, patience, enthusiastic effort, concentration, and wisdom. Practice of the six perfections insures that we will have an excellent body and mind in the future. In general practices of the first three perfections is directed towards others’ benefit, while practices of the last two is important for personal development. In both cases enthusiastic effort is vital.

Meditation system found in all orders of Tibetan Buddhism. Its central focus is direct apprehension of the luminous and empty nature of mind, which leads to the realisation that all phenomena are creations of the mind.

Easter weekend

We will not be holding out annual Easter Retreat this year as Rizong Rinpoche will be teaching at Lam Rim Bristol

Teachings and initiation are given freely. The above charges are for hosting the event. There will be formal offerings to Rinpoche, translator and two attendants, at the end of each complete course and initiation. Donations towards this offering may be made, £20 per course in suggested. Personal offerings to Rinpoche may also be made. The suggested donation for Chenrezig £20.
