Counselling gives the opportunity to share your experiences and feelings over a difficult period of your life, or while you are facing a particular problem. OR rather than addressing specific ‘problems’, you may want to use the counselling process to better understand yourself.

During an introductory session, client and counsellor explore the issues to be addressed and reach an agreement about how you will work together, for how long and with what aims. The counsellor’s aim is to facilitate your process, bringing understanding and perspective to concerns, and supporting you in bringing about the changes you want to make.
