“Jo’s classes pair spirituality and strength beautifully. She encourages you to listen to your body, and the routines are pitched at different levels to challenge you or give you a rest when you need it. A warm, friendly, and trustworthy instructor.”  Jodie Palmer

“Jo’s classes are a direct reflection of her total love and embodiment of yoga, which I always take away a little piece of as her student!”  Alice McSeveney
