Post natal Mum and Baby Yoga course

joeyyogaJoin me for fun and engaging Postnatal Mum and Baby classes focusing on nurturing and strengthening the body after birth, while connecting with baby.

Expect toning and reconnecting with your pelvic floor, yoga movements that support the physical challenges of motherhood, calm and connected breath work, fun and engaging interaction with baby including singing, baby yoga and baby massage, as well as deep and nourishing relaxation.

Mums and babies (including multiple births) are welcome from 6-8 weeks after birth. Feeding, changing, crying etc are all welcome in the class. Mums are fully supported in a safe and inviting environment.

Mats, blocks and blankets provided.
Tuesdays 1.30 – 2.45 starts on the 30th October
